This was a fantastic trekking holiday, 3 of us from Australia and 2 friends from Germany. We arranged the trek over the internet and met Mere at our hotel on our first day in Kathmandu. Mere Karki: which was exactly as we had arranged. He organized passes, transport, as well as helping us with a little shopping before starting our trekking adventure. Mere assembled an excellent support team: - a second guide as well as three porters. The whole team were great, they all spoke English, always helpful and always watching out for us as well as our belongings. To top it off, they all had a great sense of humor. We found Mere to be very knowledgeable and having a mountaineer as a guide was very comforting especially in the landslide regions and over the Thorang La pass. I have no reservations in recommending Mere to you as your guide, and I will definitely be using Mere’s services next time I return to Nepal.
