Makalu in Nepali name and it is the fifth highest mountain in the world,it lies between boarder of Tibet/ China and Nepal, One of the eight-thousanders peak and it is really technical as well.You need to be prepared very well in terms of mountaineering equipments. Either you are Alpanist or normal mountneers, you need to take worker staffs in the base camp, who prepare your foods and accomodations in  base camp alongside they help trasporting your goods as well after your summit.Makalu seems like pyramid, anyway it is beautifull peaks.Makalu is also worldwide popular mountain in terms of mountainering purpose.
Camp I : after crossing the glacier of Makalu. Shelter will be tented.
Camp II : Above the 400 or 500 m. more than the BC.
Camp III : on the ice 
Camp IV : Before summitting the top of the Makalu
     After camp IV you can summit the top
Best time for the Summit  Starts from the Ist or 
2nd week of September and ends before 3rd week of the Oct. in the fall season
and in the Spring season, May Ist week to end of the May is the best time.
Itinerary
Day  01:  Kathmandu to Tumlingtar by flight
Days 02: Trek to Khandbari
Days 03: Trek to Chichila
Days 04: Chichila to Num
Days 05: Num to Seduwa
Days 06: Seduwa to Tashigaon
Days 07: Tashigaon rest day if you like
Days 08: Tashigaon to Khongmala
Days 09: Khongmala to Dobate or mumbuk
Days 10: Mumbuk to Yangre Kharka
Days 11: Yangre Kharka to Jark Kharka or Langmale
Days 12: Langmale to Makalu base camp
Days 13: Makalu base camp to Makalu High Camp
Days 14: Makalu High Camp
Days 15: Setting up high camp all the normal staffs stay there except climbing sherpa.

Then you can acclimatise, until  you are not fit, then you can climb the Peak. When returnt back you can follow  the same trail up to Tumlingtar or you can cross the Sherpani Col pass as well your trail will end in Lukla in Khumbu side.
